A self-hosted, Netflix-style streaming platform for the media library you already own: a TypeScript server with a web UI, plus a Flutter app for phone, TV and desktop. One docker compose up and it's yours.

Streamio Server

The backend and web frontend. Uploads are transcoded to adaptive HLS with resumable watch history; JWT sessions with Google & Discord OAuth and TV device-code pairing; WebSocket watch parties; a custom Cast receiver for demuxed HLS; cross-instance sync; PostgreSQL that migrates itself at boot; optional idle auto-shutdown of the host.

Streamio App

One Flutter codebase for phone, TV and desktop, covering everything the web UI does. Adds offline downloads that resume segment by segment, are stored AES-CTR encrypted with a key in the platform keystore, and play back through a local, range-aware HLS server.

Built with another developer in a month. I led the backend: RESTful APIs, server-side logic, a Vercel deployment pipeline, SEO optimisations, and a strict Content Security Policy.

A historically accurate desktop simulation of the Enigma M3 cipher machine: rotor wirings, notch logic, the double-stepping anomaly, and ring settings, with a full GUI.

A dual-sensor DHT11 monitoring system with LCD display, IR remote, and buzzer, paired with a Python dashboard showing live charts, rolling stats, and trend analysis via serial CSV logging.

Worker Scheduling System

Freelance project for Italfood srl: designed and built the company's entire worker scheduling system in VBA/Excel, cutting manual work and eliminating recurring operational errors. Sole technical point of contact with the client.
